Returns & Exchanges

Polar offers a return/exchange policy within 30 days of receiving your order. Please note, however, that custom-made jewelry is not eligible for return or exchange. To initiate a return or exchange, the item must be unworn, in its original condition, and include all original packaging. Additionally, you must present your receipt to proceed with your return or exchange.

 Upon receipt of your returned item, our team will inspect it and decide if the return can be authorized. This approval process may take up to 5 business days. You will then receive a confirmation of your item's receipt and the approval or denial of your return. If approved, the refund will be processed within 7-10 business days. Please allow this time for the refunded amount to appear in your bank account.
