Diamond Pricing : The total ring cost includes a G,VS1 lab grown diamond. If you would like to purchase another colour please just add the setting only to your cart and add the diamond separately from Loose diamonds.

Diamond Selection : Once you make a purchase, you will have two options to proceed in selecting a diamond. 

• YOU CHOOSE: We will provide you a list of diamonds that meet your carat, color and clarity choice. Each diamond will have a corresponding 3D video & certification document to review. 

• WE CHOOSE: One of our diamond experts will preselect a diamond according to your carat, color and clarity choice. You will receive a 3D video & certification of your diamond.

When ordering through the online store, payment is taken in full for all orders.

If you wish to split your payments up into a deposit/final payment structure please email all your order details to info@polarlabdiamonds.ca and we can send you an offline invoice where we take a 50% deposit to get started and the final 50% of your order will be due right before shipment or delivery at one of our Canadian showrooms.

We do offer financing through Affirm- please email us and we will send you an affirm pre-approval link to find out how much you are pre-approved for before handling the transaction offline.

Most pieces we offer are made to order. Our lead time is currently 3-5 weeks.

If you are not 100% satisfied, we’ll be happy to return or exchange your item, subject to the following terms and conditions :

30 day returns on any website items (non custom orders)

30 days exchange policy on any custom orders. Yes that's right - even if its a custom piece we still offer a free exchange policy until you are 100% satisfied.

Buyers are responsible for the return shipping cost. Please be advised that Polar cannot be held responsible for product loss during the shipment.

We offer the following warranties :

For the first 2 years after your purchase: we cover all costs for any repairs relating to your ring. This includes all repairs relating to normal wear and tear as well as any manufacturing defects.

After 2 years : we offer a limited lifetime warranty. If a manufacturing defect is found, your item will be repaired or replaced free of charge. Your limited lifetime warranty excludes damage caused by normal wear and tear, loss of gemstones as a result of damage to the product.

Annual ring cleaning, maintenance and re-dips are included in the price of your purchase.

One ring resize is also included with your purchase.

Maintenance & Resizes can be completed by dropping off your jewelry at any of our Canadian showrooms. We also partner with other local jewellery companies in other Canadian cities.

We offer free shipping to Canada.

For most orders shipping within Canada, we will use 1-2 day express shipping. We will provide you with Fedex tracking information once your order ships out.
